We will not be returning. We purchased $165 in gift cards for massages. We were excited to try a new business and support them. We are very disappointed. We presented the employee/partner with our $165 gift card (our bill was $140.00) she informed us that we OWED $55. She must have truly excelled in math as a child. We attempted to make our case. Poor service, poor business model, they made it clear we were unwanted from the moment we entered, until we left. Over 10 years of getting massages around the world, this will be the first review we felt compelled to leave. Please, don't waste your hard earned money - or they will.

Over a decade of spa services and treatments, and this is the first review I've felt compelled to leave. Do not go. Do not waste your money. Setting aside the extremely horrid exterior, the complete lack of attention on the interior with no effort to make it feel spa like - we purchased gift certificates for $165 worth of massages for two. Once we got done, we were told our certificates didn't count towards the less expensive massages we actually received. They then demanded payment of $60!! (For $140.00 massage, of which we had $165.00 in purchased certificates!!!) The employees spoke to us like we were inconveniencing them with our presence. Apologies for the negativity here, however we implore you to NOT patronize this horrific joke of a "spa"

A nice atmosphere with smiling people right when you walked in the spa! They had complimentary muffins, strawberries and chocolate fondue, coffee, champagne, wine, water and more! I thought that was really nice! It was my Valentine's Day present and I really enjoyed it.

The staff were really professional and knowledgable about their products. The services were exceptional with an excellent price tag! Very affordable! I am looking forward to my next facial!!!
