The owner of this store delivers very poor customer service. When I went to ship an item, she took the item and boxed it up without totaling the order before hand (there are also no prices listed anywhere in the store). When we discovered it would be $42 for the cost of a box and "packaging fee", we decided to explore other options for shipping the item. When we requested for our item back the owner refused to un-package it without us paying $42 FOR A CARDBOARD BOX. When trying to discuss how ridiculous she was being by refusing to return our product, she became very rude and called the police on me because I wasn't leaving without my belongings. She has no right to hold peoples property because she failed to confirm the price of her service before performing it. I would not recommend anyone use this store to ship items you need packaged due to outrageous prices and horrible customer service.

As a UPSer, I am appalled at the practices of this store. I am sure they are giving our company a bad name. On numerous occasions after shipping packages, I got home and realized I had been charged a premium service that I did not request or need due to the destination of my package. In addition, they charged me $1.00 to simply tape up my package. Beware when using this store if you simply want to ship standard ground because they will ship it 3 day select as standard procedure. Another piece of advice....tape up your own box to save a buck. We tested this to make sure other stores did not use the same tactics. Simply said...they do NOT. We took our shipment to another store and without specifying the type of service, we were charged standard ground and they taped our box for FREE. Use the UPS Store on Hurstbourne, not this location.

While the staff seemed friendly at first, I found out that they had added charges to my bill without disclosing them. I didn't realize this until after I had paid and left the store. I decided to go back to the store to see if I could rectify the situation with them. They were less than friendly at this point. What makes it worse is that they said they couldn't help me because the package had already shipped in the 30 minutes since I had left. Funny, because what should pull up as I'm leaving the second time... a very large UPS truck :) Could be coincidence I guess... maybe they were just making a delivery to the UPS store ;)

My first time visit Cardinal Nails, I'm very impressed with the service, this salon is provided services as good as Z Salon , Joshep or even better with very reasonable price(I like here better because I felt more comfortable , not uperdy like other slon above), great foot massage....

I highly recommend this Salon to you all..
