Horrible business

I had this company perform an inspection on my house that was supposed to include a termite inspection and was told it had none. Come to find out that it was filled with termites. When I told the inspector and he went to the company they claimed to have found some type of "loop hole" and did not have to pay for anything. The inspector said he would pay for everything and it was almost 2 years before anything got done. I also found a number of other problems that should have been found during inspection.
