CLOSED NOW - Opens at 5:30am

The upper part of this downtown park has a splash pad for kids (conveniently adjacent to a Starbucks!) Lots of shaded tables and chairs for mom and dad to hang out and watch kids play on hot days. The lower part of the park (near City Hall) has a small enclosed playground with a giant slide my kids enjoy. Convenient walk to Grand Central Market for lunch and close to subway stop.
