Wow, I was reluctant at first based on previous reviews, but they really impressed me. A small store with tons of personality. The service was great. Park in the back where it's free.

The worst customer service I have ever witnessed by a Manager. I would avoid this place. I bought a defective part made of cheap plastic parts and he would not let me return it, the same day! Also, the parking lot is metered.

I purchased a door hinge for $12. Since it did not work, I attempted to return the hinge, parts included, but was told I could only exchange for another hinge; not even a store credit could be issued as they do not do store credits.



At the time I was about to purchase about $50 worth of merchandise for another project. I have lived in the area for 12 years, buying hundreds of dollars there. No way I would spend one cent in this store again. And then they wonder why Lowes and Home Depot are killing their business.

This hardware store rally is a helpful place. Their knowledgeable staff can help you if you need advice on the right paint or the correct screws. I know they can help me when I am in a jam or to just point me in the right direction. Thanks Ace Beach Hardware!
