On Feb 25th 2022, my wife and I took a tour to the Hoover Dam via "Comedy on Deck Tours" (another MUST do... this tour company is 2nd to none) and they took us to this place to eat. Their service was AMAZING (Gio and assistant are rock stars) and it was possibly the BEST hamburger I've eaten in my 52 years on this planet. This is a hidden GEM and a MUST EAT if you're anywhere near here!!

5 stars isn't enough. I got the California omelet (avocado, sausage, jack cheese) and it's very well done and HUGE. Fluffy and not runny, like a omelet should be. Homemade potato chips as hash browns, coffee is fresh and also above par. Oh and I've never written a review EVER! But this place definitely is deserving of putting the word out!

we have been a customer at the omelet house for many years, what a great place to take the family, or friends, or even to sit at the counter, great food, great fast and friendly service, and always an option to order many types of omelets of your choice, chicken fried steak is sooooo good, highly recommend both locations on boulder hwy, we love you omelet house !!!!
