The store owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My shopping experience in his store was exceptional! He was able to diagnose the problem with my appliance and demonstrate to me how to complete the repair.

To anyone in need of good used appliances, I cannot say enough GOOD stuff about JCS. *** I LOVE MY NEW-USED WASHER/DRYER FROM JCS!*** Even though I got there at closing, they greeted me with a smile and listening, caring interest in how they could help. This is an honest business with exceptional service. My old appliances do not seem to care that the economy keeps cash tight months on end--so it was a godsend to find Maria, JC and Josie who feel more like family looking after me than merchants.
