I was there with my 4 year old nephew. He had a half inch gash, bleeding from his face. As we walked in, 3 nurses at the front desk just stared at me dumbfounded, the first thing they said was which insurance do you have. As my sister pulled out the insurance card, one of the nurses say, sorry we dont take that insurance. I asked if they know where they do take that insurance and of course they said a simple no! They didnt even offer a tissue for his cut. How is it that people in this field of profession can just sit there and not offer anything. Then I told my sister, im going to f*in flip out,! Then the nurse hands me a guaze and says, you should put his on it. " really?! You think so?! That should've been their first move, not what insurance. Never will I ever go there again!
