I paid cash for a cbr500r and a good offer. I called to order a service manual and oil filter wrench to which they sent me only no oil filter wrench. I call and after the deal was done another guy says I need to pay for the part and shipping again. He said the guy forgot to add it onto the bill. $6,500 for the bike and how can anyone be so chinsy to not just mail me the $10.00 part?
