Bought a pre-owned truck with 60,000 miles for $23,000 6 months ago and have had to do $1000 in repairs since. For paying a hefty monthly vehicle payment I expected to a little better quality vehicle. When approaching the company about the repairs they said they'd help me out if I had the truck worked on there. Last repair was $778, $22 off the quoted price. A Local shop quoted the job for $150 less. When speaking with Allen Christian company again their comment was that I should have purchased the extended vehicle warrenty.



I realize that the cost is my burden to bare, but when we go to buy our next vehicle, a GMC Acadia, we'll go to a company that will stand behind the quality of their product.
