Provided by YP.comI have a 30 Yr old VW Jetta GLI that broke its clutch cable on my morning drive to work. I live in Colorado Springs, but work in Littleton. I called Paddock Imports trying to locate the cable and associated attaching parts. Doug Paddock was very knowledgeable about the car and could supply the parts, however I didn't realize his shop was so far away. Doug recommended I drop his name with Autoworks Colorado near where I work to have them supply the part. Everything worked out and I was able to pop in a new cable and drive my Jetta home that afternoon. Doug didn’t have to do this and could have simply ended our conversation with I can get the parts and this is my price, but went the extra step. Great service.
