Most caring and professional dog care facility I have ever experienced. On numerous occasions the staff have exceeded expectations - from helping us when our travel plans change last minute to obtaining special dog beds for our senior dogs, and more. The bottom line is these folks love dogs, know all their names, and provide an invaluable service. A+ all around.

I dropped off my 5 month old puppy for his 2nd time at doggie day care, and received a call 3 hours later that said they "think" another dog (not sure which) bit his shoulder. After 5 stitches/staples, antibiotics and pain meds, the story changed to "maybe it was the fence". The employees who were supposed to be watching, have no idea what happened and "heard a yelp" and turned around to find my puppy bleeding. Whether it was an aggressive dog or a jagged fence, I expect my puppy to play in a supervised and safe environment.
