This was the best and a thorough hearing test I have ever taken and I went through a few. Doctor explained the tests in detail and I feel a lot more knowledgeable than before. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was very patient with me in explaining everything about hearing aids and inner workings. Never has anyone explained to me in that detail. When I was conflicted to make a decision, he gave me my options and asked me to go home and think about it and make a decision. Everybody I saw before wanted to sell me right there, and this was a totally different experience. Hope more places are this way,healthcare would not be where it is right now.

Dr.Dowd is very knowledgeable and professional. She takes time with her patients and is a good listener. Visits to her office are very positive. Sharon Glose
