I've been using Spa Greystone since May 2010 for laser hair removal. I really love it there. My original aestitician is no longer with the company, but she was still great. I now work with Peggy and she too is wonderful. I've had great experiences with Misti and all of her staff. They really do take great care of you. Laser hair removal is a little costly, but if you have unwanted facial or body hair, this is the way to go! I might also add, it's a little painful. So I might suggest taking a few Advil before each visit. And ladies, do not go anytime during your cycle. Anyone administering the laser treatment will tell you that your skin 3 to 4 times more sensitive to the pain during that time. Still, it's worth it not having to wax my lip and they've upsold me...I got my underarms and bikini area done too. All together, I had to get 12 treatment in each area, but I have thick hair. Most people that I know to do this type of procedure need 5 to 8 visits. Either way, the folks at Spa Greystone were honest after seeing me, so they told me to expect that many visits. I was able to budget for it over time and not upset because spending the money was not a surprise. I would highly suggest this place and join the club of folks who never have to shave again!
