This female stylist chopped my friends hair up, and after she wrote a positive review only stating she was waiting for it to be fixed, the stylist refused to fix it. The manager and every other stylist actually know how to cut hair, this older woman has no idea what she is doing. My friend is now left with gray tinted hair, uneven ends and its on a pixi cut so its obvious. Every time she went the manager had to fix the mistakes the stylist made. She was hoping that the stylist had actually listened and learned after 4 visits but that was not the case. Instead of owning up to the mess up, the stylist cowardly backed away and told her to find someone else to fix it.
