This florist sent the wrong color flowers to an out of town funeral. The order was entered incorrectly by Coles. When it was brought to their attention they did not care. I would definitely not recommend this florist.

I ordered an arrangement for an out of town funeral and the wrong color roses were sent. When it was brought to Coles attention they said the order was entered incorrectly by their staff and they were "sorry". I would not recommend this florist.

My wedding flowers were beautiful. Great customer service, great prices, beautiful flowers at Coles. I will never go back to the usual floral shops in Baton Rouge. Seems everyone always uses one name here in Baton Rouge, Heromans. I went there and I cannot tell you how much better Coles was. They helped me decided what to do, and it was Perfect. Thank you Coles!
