It’s always depends when you go weekends
Everyone wants Chili’s never enough help the wait is crazy sometimes. But we still love the food and the managers seems to care. And it’s clean all it counts for something. Good prices as well . Love the rewards. Over all see you at chili’s. 🤪😜

Upon arrival, we received no acknowledgement or greeting. After about five minutes we decided to leave. While we were leaving a party of 13 arrived, and shall I say within 5 minutes they were acknowledge and seated.

My family and I waited for a hostess to acknowledge our presence to be seated for about 10 minutes on July 4, 2016. There wasn't a line nor a crowd. No one came, it was as if we were invisible. Poor customer service, five thumbs down!!!!!!!

Poor service!

My partner & I came to dine out & upon walking in we were not greeted plus we were turned away due to there being no clean tables.
Upon walking out we seen 20+ tables open and CLEAN!!!!!!
