I had a BIG YELLOW letter in my mailbox for pickup...for 2 days..EASY TO SEE...But just because there was no mail to deliver to me don't mean you can't take that BIG YELLOW ENVELOPE out my box ..and i know he came because my next door friend said he came...this happens toooooooo often..pimlico area chalgrove

The employees are despicable at the call center. Rosalyn and Janice are both terrible and should be FIRED FOR HOW THEY HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS AND ANSWER the phone with attitude!

This post office has some of the worst service. Do not bother to ask them to hold your mail if you are planning on going on vacation, The entire week my family was away, they continued to put mail in my box. I had to inconvenience a friend to come daily to get the mail out of the box. It does not matter if you complain to a supervisor-they offer excuses and give you reasons for the error but do absolutely nothing to the correct the overall problem. The USPS use to offer some of the best service. People need to take ownership and take pride in the service they render. That seems to be a lost skill set. We are better than substandard, or at least, we should strive to be. Signed, Extremely Disappointed.
