The employees were downright rude to a friend of mine and myself who waited two months for our appointments. They double booked a time slot by mistake, then told us it was our fault and that as a result they would need to rush through our services. We said that we'd rather cancel since they couldn't fit us in and the next day they reported that we'd used our Groupon deals. Thank goodness Groupon has good customer service.

I recently redeemed two Groupons for my husband and I and had an amazing time. As per the Groupon policy and terms I made sure I made an appointment and had no issues with redemption. We were greeted by a very sweet lady with a very genuine smile and enjoyed an amazing massage although the rooms were separate. However, we were able to relax afterward side by side during our spa pedicures and were even given refreshments and the foot massage was amazing! I plan on coming back soon!
