According to the Free People site, you can claim a 15% discount on your birthday. On that day I went to the store in Harbor East but forgot to bring my drivers license. Apparently you need to sign up somewhere but I could not find the information anywhere. The sales clerk said she would give me the discount if I returned during the same month with proof of my birthday. A few weeks later, I walked four miles (do not have a car) and asked the manager to give me the 15% on an item priced about $20. She was very rude and told me there was no way she could do that. Of course she could. Horrible customer relations. I walked out and will not return.
