The worst used tire shop in Baltimore..sell dry rotted tires no refund or exchange. The ower the only person speak English. Im sure the rest of them dont have green card. Going to send ICE there. The worst consumer service ever. Ladies please dont go there. This business suck I would never send anyone there. Not even my worst enemy

My daughter saw this place on her way home and decided to stop to purchase a tire to replace her old tire on a Friday. Monday morning she was dropping her son off at school and heard a noise that indicated her tire was flat and it was the tire she purchased the Friday before so she goes to a gas station to put a little air in it and the tire pops as she's putting air in. She goes back to the shop since her receipt says there is a 10 day warranty on the tire. The Asian and white guy go back and forth with her over it and refuses to replace the tire telling her they can give her a discount on the purchase of another tire. Well the 1st transaction was way over-priced charging her $90 for one tire then offering her to buy another tire at a discounted price of $60 when she was still within the 10 day warranty. Bad business not upholding their warranties and selling bad tires. I don't want to make it a racial thing but who knows and also the fact that my daughter is female and young (26) so I feel they got over on her because of it.

Sold a bad tire to my daughter, over charged her then did not uphold their 10 day policy of replacing the tire after it went flate 3 days later and pop as she put air in it.
