We ordered a bouquet for our daughter's wedding (July 2, 2016). At the time I placed the order, It was difficult to determine the actual size I needed because the only reference point was a picture out of a catalog. On the day of the wedding, the bouquet was substantially smaller. The bridesmaids bouquets were more substantial in size and presented much better than the Bridal bouquet! After the wedding, I called and expressed my concern and was told that an extra flower was added to the bridesmaids arrangement to provide a fuller look; why couldn't the same be done for the Bridal bouquet? As a result, my daughter couldn't take pictures with the bouquet because the bridesmaids bouquets overshadowed hers! :) The response from staff was as though it was business as usual! won't be returning...
