I'm new to the area and tried to find some good deals for my summer vacation. I wasnt really familiar with the travel agencies in Baltimore area so I went online and did a search. They had some very good deals on their website but I was hesitant to go ahead with the trip online. So i called in to ask a couple of questions - the service was horrendous. The woman who answered was combative and hostile. it was implied that I shoudl come in and make an appointment rather than call and ask general questions. ALmost as if I should apologize for wasting her time, No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere,
