As an elderly female, there are not too many retailers, contractors, etc. who show honesty and courtesy. So I am still in awe at the courtesy and honesty when I entered this store today. If I did not need the part, he told me so. With no sale, I received an inspection of my battery, was told it was still in good shape, and no charge for service. Only wish we had more people like the two gentlemen I encountered at this store today. Thank you. - Betty
