Provided by YPmobileAfter an hour and a half I had enough. Didn't even see the doctor and the technician wanted to pad the bill with 250.00 in estimates. They are more interested in profit than your pet. Stopped by an other vet on the way home and turned out my cat had a uti. The bill came to 180.00. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I will not go back.

Provided by YP.comWe have taken our dog there for years and almost no complaints.
Recently we had to go out of town and had to board our 7 yr old mixed terrier. She never does like to go to the vet and this was no different.
I visited them about a week before our trip to discuss accommodations and fees. The estimate was around $200 for 3 nights + annual exam, bath and required immunizations.
When I brought my dog in the estimate jumped to $350!
I did not have all my notes from the earlier estimate and was in a hurry to leave on my trip.
The next day the vet called and said they needed another $50 for more immunizations. When I pressed the issue they agreed they were premature and she was not yet due.
We got back in town and I picked up my dog. The girl tried to explain about the upcharge. I said there was nothing to discuss. The damage was done and I did not appreciate being gouged.
Then the office manager came out and wanted to know the issue. I tried to waive him off and explain there was nothing to discuss, they had already messed up. All I wanted was to pay the bill and leave but he insisted on discussing an issue that was dead.
I can't understand why someone does not understand the word no, but this person obviously needs remedial obedience training.
I will never take my dog back there again. Total ripoff and beligerent, argumentative office manager.

Provided by YP.comIt's 3 am, I'm out of town and receive a call from my friend that is taking care of my angel baby. KT ( my 12 yr old jack russell) has been sick. I just called VCA North Atlanta Animal Hospital and spoke to Mary. My concerns were handled with compassion, kindness and guidance. KT is on her way there now. At this time....5 star rating. I will follow up with another review after treatment.
