Barbara and her staff were wonderful in my case. I had a five year fight and they all were very helpful. There were two seperate cases and we won both. Thanks to all of them. I even recommended her to several family members and would do it again.

Barbara Jarvis, Attorney has joined the ranks of Social Security Disability lawyers who will ONLY handle "easy"disability cases. Contrary to her advertisement, her office will NOT assist a disabled person at the most important, initial stages of filing your SSI/SSDI case. She used to be the "cream of the cropy", yet appears to be tired of fighting for workers whose cases are the least bit complicated. Getting to speak directly with Attorney Jarvis is a very difficult task. Her staff is trained to screen not only her calls, but to screen Ms. Jarvis from having to handle your case. She cannot be bothered to get "involved", unless she MUST. Find some one that has more of a personalized team-work approach and involves you every step of the way, keeping you updated and informed.
