After being serviced by this company for 5 years, my tenant was treated very poorly when I asked her to call for service to restart this spring in my absence. I was in Africa working with Doctors Without Borders, and had no means of calling the company myself. She was forced to sign a six month contract with dates already set (which now I have to work my work schedule around), and was told that she was fortunate that they would "waive" the start up fee. I usually take a break from service in the winter, so I could not understand the problem, and could not deal with it while in Uganda. I am home now, and I have almost completed the six month obligation that she had to sign for. I will not renew, which is a shame, as the guys who do the spraying are not at fault. They should get rid of the unfriendly office person who managed to screw up my business, and I will not recommend them to anyone else. Apparently it doesn't pay to be a loyal customer.

NEVER use this company for a rat/mouse "exclusion". It is very expensive and the workmanship is extremely shoddy. Four rodents have gotten in our ceiling since the work was done. they do kill bugs pretty well.
