The guys here are great! They are nice and extremely WOMEN FRIENDLY!! (They didn't talk to me like I have no clue about cars) Wonderful customer service. Extremely accommodating. And on top of that..they gave me an estimate that was hundreds of dollars BELOW other mechanics in the area and followed through with that exact estimate. I only wish I would have discovered them sooner! I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on. Thanks!!

RUN!!!!! I wish there was a rating much lower to give because 1 star will be more than generous. I took my car for a diagnostic, for 4-5 days we inquired about the results..no call. Later after numerous calls later we were told their mechanic had a mishap..still waiting..didn't hear back anything until the 5th and 6th day..I WAS then charged almost $200 for a diagnostics with a simple receipt, NO SUMMARY OF CHARGES OR RESULTS OF THE DIAGNOSTICS..Which I was told I could pick up on the 12th day of dealing with them. But yet when I question their business practices, I'm accused of being confrontational and poor ! Oh! and racist!.. Just because I expected an reasonable answer for such charges with minimum communication or detailed explanation of their findings. I took my Mercedes to Southern Imports in Kennesaw, dealer level expertise,professional treatment.. without the dealer prices.

I brought my car in for what I thought was My water pump. They said it was my timing cover and it would be $1000. I had a 3rd parties opinion and it was the water pump. A $15 part and less than a 30 min job! I got my car fixed for less than $100 when Acworth Automotive wanted $1000. Don't go there!

Dave, does not own acworth automotive anymore. The new owner is way too expensive!!! Call other shops & check other mechanics!!!!

I moved from Kennesaw and tried two other auto repair shops in Marietta. The two other shops were fine, but I realized that trust is something you need in mechanic. I really trust what Dave says and does for me!

I have had some major problems with my 2002 automobile. The service and price are unbeatable. All repairs were done on time and on budget. You can count on them to do it right the first time.
