I really like the people that work the front counter. (VERY NICE LADIES) I really like bringing my pets here for boarding and grooming. Every time i pick my pets up they seem very excited to see me and my husband. The thing i like the most is my dog is a messy dog so right before he is done with his grooming on day of pick up, they call to see if i can get him asap so he would stay clean. appreciate all you at illiana

Whenever I have to go out of town and leave my dog, I take him to Illiana. I can go and not worry about him because I know he is in good hands. The care there is great. My experience has always been excellent and I wouldn't leave him anywhere else. Thank you Illiana!

My dog loves to go to the kennel & Illiana is always happy to see her they took good care of my boston terrier when she was boarded last week thanks Illiana.

I have boarded my Rocky at Illiana on a regular basis for the past 9 years. It is a great place with friendly people who love my Rocky as much as I do. Rocky gets so excited, he loves it there. I recently left him for 4 months, while staying at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington DC, with my Marine son who was injured in Afgn. All that time I was comforted to know that Rocky was happy and well cared for. When I went to pick him up, the owners informed me that they were not charging me, as a tribute to my son for his service to our country. Wow!! They are really great! I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

This place is amazing. I have boarded my dogs here for years and I highly recommend them for their service, their quality facility, and their love of my Zeke! If you want great care at a great price ..... this place is for you -- tell them Chicago Mike sent you!

We love leaving our girls at Illiana! They are truly dog lovers! I love the report cards they give! You know just how your dog behaved, what he ate, and his personality while he was there! Take the obedience class, you will learn a lot!

We are always at ease when we leave our pet at Illiana. Never had a problem and he is happy when we pick him up. We will continue to use them.

i never boarded my pet before and was afraid to leave my pet with people i do not know. before i boarded crisp i visited the kennel and was very pleased on how nice and respected the people were also how they treated the pets that were staying with them. illiana is the one place i will bring my dog to if i ever have to go out of town again

Well, I had taken my Jack Russell Terrier to this boarding place (Illiana) thinking that it would be good & close by the house. Boy was I wrong! The whole time we were on vacation for a week I started to worry about my dog so I asked my mom & dad would they pick her up that morning because we had a late flight coming in So by the time they got her she was ready to leave very quickly my mom said. So when we got her home. She was very distraught. It was like someone had either hit her with something and she would run away from us and I knew that something happen to her while she was there. And I told my husband we will never take her there again!

I HAVE USED ILLIANA GROOMERS FOR THREE YEARS. THE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH GREAT CARE FOR THE PETS! THE OWNER IS A GREAT GUY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT THERE PET!
