i ordered flowers at the morning of the wake .at 3:00pm the flowers were there and they were very nice for the reasonable price...i would recomend MICHELLS to anyone. I DO NOT KNOW THEM PERSONALLY NOR HAVE I EVER BEEN TO THE SHOP.

Really? I was charged $46 for a vase with 10 carnations, 1 rose, baby's breath, filler leaves & a red ribbon. I could have done better by going to the jewel. I am a pt. at a rehab facility; my sister was coming to visit, and it was her birthday; so I couldn't go to Jewel or anywhere else. At least it was delivered to my room before she arrived.

I received flowers that were dropping petals and in brown water that smelled. It would seem that they would just deliver fresh ones the next day that wasn't even an option just alot of talk. the second day in my house there were flowers that were dead in the arraingement. I just don't think that is right. I tried to call teleflora but they would only talk to the sender who was on vacation. Go someplace else there are many florist and I think anyone of them would be better than this one.
