Getting very tired of not getting to use bed I paid for, always down, they can't seem to get bed fixed, I know problems happen, put they don't seem to care, they had no problem taking my money!!!! But seem to have a problem not providing you with the service you paid for !!!! Get bed fixed or offer your repeat customers, at least a discount on their next package, have you heard of customer service, next package will take to different tanning salon!!!!

The beds are awesome... BUT they are RUDE! Not friendly or helpful whatsoever.

This company acted with careless disregard for me and my family, which resulted in sever 2nd degree burns covering the majority of our bodies. When confronting the owner with this issue she claimed we were at fault by not knowing our individual tanning times, even though we had never tanned before. No apology was given, only an offer to refund our payment. My family loss three days wages totaling $750 and $80 in medical expenses due to their negligence.
