I had all 5 of my boys hair cut here and it was terrible my son about left crying and he is 16 terrible job will never go back it was uneven all over worst 90 dollars I spent and for 17.95 a cut for a girl I wouldn't let cut my dogs hair

i.e., A local favI took the money I made from donating plasma to get a haircut. They charged me for 2 haircuts when I only have one head and no kids. But, that is a mistake that can be easily fixed. But not with these big business bullies. I had to call several times; I was told they would call Corporate and call me back; that never happened. I told them I did not have a car and I was visiting friends where I got the haircut which was far away. They flat out said it was my credit card company's fault. The card co. said that it is impossible for them to generate a charge from another company to my card. I finally got a ride from a retired church member. They finally looked at their balance sheet and saw there was a discrepancy in the exact amount that I was claiming they overcharged me, now get this, she asked me if I thought it was fair of them to credit back what they overcharged me! Are you kidding me?! I said a free haircut would be nice. "We don't do that."

Michelle Ford cut my hair and decided to charge me for 2. When I tried to use my card it was declined. So I called and guess who answered; Michelle Ford. She said it was my credit card. They said it was one charge only from supercuts and they cannot create charged from other co.'s to themselves. So I called her back and she said she would call Corp. and call me back. That never happened so I called again and got Alyssa Simpson who told me Michelle had checked and it was the credit card co's problem. So, I took my c.c. stmnt to Supercuts and guess what? They happened to have an overage for the very day I was there. I asked for a free haircut for my troubles and Alyssa, while on the phone with "Corp." said, "We don't do that".

Not good! The girl who cut my hair had to be a beauty school drop out.Her hand was coverered with band-aides.She was not very good running clipers.If you go there good luck.
