I have always been pleased with the service and the way I have been treated at Smicklas. I used to go to another dealership in the city (where I purchased the car) and had almost written off Chevy all together due to their poor service. Next time I buy I car I will definitely look at Smicklas first. The only suggestion I have is that there be a changing station/ table for babies in the restroom

took my car in for repairs - tried the shop I got my car at and they were giving me the runaround on a rental - and I got the warranty w/ them. Not Randy he said let's just make tourist better. put me back on the road, found and self w/ the Warner and fixed the car front to back. Kept me in the loop and my car is perfect again. that is service from a service department!!!!

Doc was great, no pressure sales, even the manager came out and talked with us about what we were looking for. So i bought my first Chevy, me always being a Ford man, this truck was unbeatable and is awesome. So all three guys were great, all the way through. Thanks Doc, Dustin, and Ron for your good service, I know it will contine!!!!
