Provided by SuperpagesDon't bother. I was laughed at just as I feared. The Dr's gave me an EKG and told me at 49 I was to young to be having a heart attack. However, even with insurance I received an invoice for $1000. They have agreed to make payment arrangements with me. So that is nice of them. I am afraid to go to another Dr. and the pain remains...
