Terrible is a company to do business with. They frequently miss trash pickups and give excuses about not having special tires that other sanitation trucks have that enable them to pick up on muddy roads. They refuse to refund or credit for of a months missed pickups and refuse to pick up after they miss a pickup until the next scheduled pickup time.

Great service -- pick-up every week and always on time, would recomend to all who need weekly trash service. Did have a neighbor who needed a replacement "big blue" and they (WCA) delivered a piece of junk -- one wheel keeps coming off and one handle on the top was broken --- but other than that, service has been great.
