Service is amazing. Mallory and her crew are great at helping us get our tan going as quickly as possible. Never really have to wait. They make you feel very comfortable and they are very knowledgeable.

I use to love getting spray tanned in the Versa Spa. That is, until I looked up to find one of the male employees STARING AT ME. He had climbed up on the chair and was looking at me from the next room. I was paying almost $60 a month for this creep to watch me get a spray tan. Please do not support their company.

I have not tanned before! I went in thinking they would let me try out tanning before I signed a contract. High pressure sales was all I got. No I did not get a chance to tan. No I did not sign a contact. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The customer service at this store is hit and miss. The beds are ok, but half the time are missing head rests and one bed's display is constantly in another language. High pressure tactics EVERY time I go in. I am also unhappy with the contract I signed. Their website lists a "VIP Membership Annual Membership" for one price, but I am paying almost $8/mo more. Why? The "ANNUAL Membership" price is a TWO year contract price. I can have that price if I want to sign up for another year of tanning. I called corporate and that was their explanation.

This salon by far has been the cleanest one I have ever visited. The customer service here is exceptional. I have reffered two of my friends and was compesated for it. It can't get better than this.
