The worst service ever my sandle has broke I know over 5 times and each time the expect me to pay the same all the time but I won’t this time I will go back and pray they don’t ask me for any money I will snap if they do!

Had a heel put back on a boot. Very poor workmanship. Glue around the intire outside edge. A nail sticking out the bottom of the arch where it missed the heel. It appears they didnt put it in any clamp to ensure there is a gap where the heel meets the shoe. And the sales lady is a bit brash. I would rather do much more shop searching than go back.

Horrible service! I took my PATENTLEATHER leather shoes there for tips and the lady put SHOE POLISH on them! They look horrible and now they are creasing. I took them back and she said that they always put shoe polish on patentleather! What?!?!? She asked me if I had a shoe polish brush and that I COULD BUFF IT OFF!!!! I didnt do it and shouldnt have to fix what she did!!!! So all that to say! Don't go there unless you want to be disappointed!!!
