Needed a ring resized. Another jeweler talked to me for 30 mins about how I needed to do all this other stuff and quoted me over $100.00. Went to CNS and they did exactly what I wanted plus more for a fraction of the cost! The ring looks and fits great!! Highly recommend!

These guys are great! Use them frequently for my Wife and I's jewelry. Always fast, friendly and much lower cost than the big jewelers. You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!

Had used CNS for several years and was impressed. I was forgiving of the $8-$9 battery changes, and $12 extra link removal because it's a small, local business, that did great work. So I didn't mind. However, when I was told it was going to cost $150 to diagnose a problem with my Movado watch, I was skeptical. Something told me to get a second opinion...so I did! I took my watch to Clifton's Watch Hospital and they diagnosed the problem for FREE in a matter of minutes. Fixed it within an hour and charged me $12 INCLUDING a new battery. CNS, you've failed me. I truly believe because you saw an expensive watch come through the door with a mechanical issue you saw dollar signs. I'm disappointed. I've supported you and your over priced business for years, and this is how I'm treated. Like a fool. $150 for a diagnosis PLUS repair...c'mon!!! I don't want to see yourself go out of business, so I suggest getting your act together. And maybe, just maybe, I'll stop in and let you remove a few links from a new watch in the future. But as for right now, Clifton's is the place to go.
