Provided by YPmobileI called to inquire about the store taking on an exotic pet for me. The man who answered Leo, placed me on hold to see if anyone they knew was interested. I tried to be patient and give him time since answers can be difficult to seek. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes! This is not the way to conduct business! I have worked in customer service for 7 years and I would never treat even a potential customer this way. Ridiculous! I will never shop here.
