Took my cat in to Helene's Shear Haven this morning to get mats cut off and nails trimmed. Also to trim the hair around her nails. I went to pick my cat up in the afternoon. The groomer half shaved her. I did not tell him to shave her. Do you even "shave" cats. The mats are still there of course. Now I have a half "shaved" cat who is very upset. He did not charge me, because he was "not successful" he stated. If you advertise to groom cats then it should be done properly. When I picked her up she had a "choke chain" on her. I would think twice before going to this business.
