I would love to give more stars towards this company, but considering they ALLOW their drivers to go against company policy. Their policy clearly states on their website Please note we do not service or empty “competitor containers”. I have witness their drivers picking up EVERYONE'S container including BFI, WASTE CONNECTION, ETC. The receptionist when called clearly stated this was illegal, yet none of the manager have taken the time to look into this matter.
If you are ok with paying your bill, which apparently means your paying for the entire street to be pick up off your dime then this is the company for you. Its not fair for one person to pay and everyone around you get FREE SERVICE. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
