Took my vehicle to the new Firestone middle of the day at I 40 and Whitten rd a few weeks ago for an alignment. Ten minutes after leaving my car and being picked up by a friend, I realized i had left my phone in my car. I returned to Firestone and they had already taken my car back into the shop. I went to retrieve my phone and it wasn't there. No one other than the mechanics had touched the car. Phone rang once when I first called it then someone turned it off. Attempted to Contact the regional manager the next day and after speaking with his assistant and explaining what happened I was assured I would hear back from him. Never got a single call back from anyone. They aligned my car properly but there's obviously at least one theif working back there.

These guys are predatory. My mother went in to get her front brakes changed at this location. She has a 2008 honda accord, the brakes have never been worked on. They told her that the back rotors could not be turned and she needed new rotors in the rear, and to turn the rotors in the front and new pads all the way around and to change the brake fluid (drain it and add new) would be over four hundred dollars. When I went up there and looked at the rotors, all of the rotors were smooth and did not need to be turned. They said they would not just change the pads, they have to either turn the rotors or replace the rotors. Ridiculous.
