Provided by YP.comI HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE BRIDGE FOR A LONG TIME AND I LIVE VERY CLOSE BY. THE BRIDGE HAS BEEN A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE SINCE THEY BUILT IT. WE ALWAYS WANTED A MOVIE THEATRE IN WESTCHESTER BUT THE BRIDGE IS SO AWFUL THAT WE STILL TRAVEL TO THE SOUTH BAY TO GO TO MOVIES. FIRST OF ALL, THE CHARGE FOR PARKING AND THE SUPER SMALL PARKING SPACES ARE ALWAYS AN AGGRAVATION. AND I SHOULD MENTION, I DRIVE A PRIUS, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PEOPLE IN SUV'S DO! THE ONLY REASON I WENT THIS TIME WAS BECAUSE WE HAD A GIFT CARD. I WAS CHARGED $9 FOR A BARGAIN MATINEE!!! TO ME THAT WAS NO BARGAIN! WHEN WE GOT INSIDE, I NOTICED THAT THE CARPETS WERE FILTHY, THEY DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANED SINCE THE THEATRE OPENED. MY SON SAT IN A SEAT THAT HAD THE STUFFING RIPPED OUT ON ONE SIDE. PLUS, AND I HAVE NOTICED THIS BEFORE, THE THEATRES THERE HAVE A BAD ODOR, LIKE THE GREAT UNWASHED HAVE BEEN SEEING MOVIES THERE FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. LOOK INTO SOME FEBREEZE, PLEASE! IF YOU ARE CHARGING $12.50 A MOVIE, YOU CAN AFFORD TO SHAMPOO THE CARPETS AND FEBREEZE THE PLACE!

"*** great place for a DATE or HANGING OUT with friends or FAMILY TIME even. ***
I always enjoy coming to this place to watch midnight showings and hanging out with friends. cant beat the assigned seating and comfy seats.
now tonight was the worst time ever, not because of the movie TWILIGHT which was great and you really should watch it.
was more because of the manager SAM who was very RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DISRESPECTFUL. while making a complaint that the things that i have ordered and paid for in the beginning of the movie with the ushers who repeatedly called out to make an order with them and they would be more then happy to bring to your seats NEVER HAPPENED. Not only did he make a comment, "AND... ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD." while looking over me, which to find out he was looking out for his friends.
now this VERY INCOMPETENT MANAGER of this location could not even refund me my money but had the nerve to have to gaurds escort a friend of mine and I out.
now I did get some help by a VERY HELP FULL Manager Robert I. who provided me with phone number of a higher authority MARK BASHAN.
now hope nothing like this ever happens to you at this location but if it does please make sure you do not go to SAM the MANAGER for help cause he doesn't know anything about dealing with a customer, nor does he know anything about management or business.
*** note for everyone else who watched TWILIGHT for midnight showing on 11/21/08 and ordered something but dint get it please call Mark at 310 568 2424 and get your money back, for me as a customer i would have at least expected more from this establishment shouldn't have to been treated like a second class dog and pushed aside. ***"

Provided by YP.comYeah the theater is nice, but no nicer than the Arclight. Plus the Arclight has a website that actually works. The three recent times I have tried to purchase tickets online for the cinema de lux have resulted in zero tickets being purchased. The website is a mess and constantly stalls on pages that are irrelevent to purchasing tickets. If there is a non-functioning website, at least have a phone number where people can call and arrange for ticket purchase. The phone number listed either routes you to another ticket service, which will not allow you to pick seats (in the case of the IMAX) or gives you a phone number that has not once answered one of my calls in numerous attempts. Just a complete lack of respect for customers who are paying top dollar for a movie going experience. I used to frequent this theater when I didn't know any better, but I have definitely gone for the last time.

Provided by YP.comThis is a nice theater. Its very close to the freeway. There are plenty of interesting restaurants nearby for enjoying a meal before or after the film.
