THE EAST CHICAGO POSTAL SERVICE DOES NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF 'HOLD MAIL FOR VACATION"!!!!! I HAVE BEEN GONE ON 3 OCCASSIONS THIS YEAR.....IN JANUARY, IN MARCH AND END OF MAY 2008. EACH AND EVERY TIME, I HAVE ORDERED A HOLD MAIL. I HAVE REC'D CONFIRMATIONS THAT THEY WILL HOLD IT! AND GUESS WHAT? THEY DON'T HOLD IT. IT IS JUST PLAIN INEPT! I AM SO UPSET ABOUT THIS. THE POSTMASTER PROMISED ME THAT IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.....IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I COULD SCREAM!!!!!

I did a change of address before my end of hold mail and I didn't received my hold mail , they probably sent it to the old house. It's not the first time I put my mail on hold and they still kept sending it to the old address which I told them not to send it there since I don't live there any longer.
