The staff was rude and unwilling to work with me on a purchase made. After I decided that the piece did not accommodate and wanted to make an exchange, the sales clerks decides that she wants to tell me that all sales are final, this would have been information that should've been given before purchase and not after the fact, and it is not stated anywhere on any of the three reciepts that I was given. This was my first time ever shopping at any antique store, and will probably be the last. I have never been in an establishment that does not have a clear store policy marked, or even told to the customers before making purchases. I could have been happy with an even exchange but when I tried, the person told me that she did not want to deal with me and that I would have to come back another day. BUYER BEWARE!
