This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. They claim to have a lifetime warranty, which requires customers to send in their watch to their Brooklyn repair center. However, upon using the service, I never saw my watch again. I have been completely ignored by customer service representatives in my attempt to obtain an explanation. I have never received such dismal customer service. Their warranty is completely illegitimate and a total farce. Do NOT purchases any merchandise from this company. They do not stand behind their product.
