I have been using perception for over 7 years now. I've only worked with Donna, but am sure the other agents are just as helpful. I have received nothing but the utmost care and courtesy. Several times I have called Donna while on vacation because there was some sort of snafu, not only was she able to fix it, but got us upgrades due to the error, without undo effort on my part. I would highly recommend this agency to everyone.
