I purchased a stack-able washer/dryer from A1 Expert Appliance Repair, May, 2012.

A service call was needed last May, 2015. The cost of repairs was of over $200.00 dollars. The machine still did the same thing, smoking and not spinning. This machine is in a rental unit. The same tenant has been using this machine from the beginning (2012.) We have been calling along with the tenant for another service call since May. Jim blames the tenant for not being available, but we have been available. Most recently, Sept 4th and 5th to remind Jim of the needed repairs. Still no call. Now Sept 8th I called with complete frustration notifying Jim I expect the repairs done today or I will take it from there. It appears he is waiting for the 120 day warranty to expire.

I used no 4 letter words in my frustration. Jim yelled and used nothing but the F word.

A1 Experts are exactly as the name states had a dryer that wouldn't heat. Had a very professional

experience with two technicians by the name of Jamie & Jim. They took care of my dryer within minutes and charged me nearly a quarter percent of what it would cost to

buy a new one. Highly recommended

Terrible experience. My washing machine froze up mid-cycle. These guys popped up top of my search for "local" service--despite being 30 minutes away. They did show up same day. Half an hour later, they said they had removed a "big ball of lint" from my washer--I should have demanded to see it--and "reset the computer." Washing machine was draining, so I paid them $128 fee plus tip. The next morning, the machine froze up the same way. I called them and got nothing but an answering machine--no return phone call all day. My husband pulled up the machine specs on the computer, took the washer apart, and found a 1 inch by 5 inch strap (probably off a back pack) jammed into the pump. He also found a lot of other, smaller junk. He cleaned the drums, put the machine back together, and it's worked fine since.



I called A1 again the next day. They said they had returned my call (the first of several lies--no record of a call from them on either our home phone or my cell). They said it was PERFECTLY NORMAL for other LARGE pieces of crud to end up in the pump and that I should have waited for them to come out again. I asked for money back and they said they'd send me $60 within 3-5 days (second lie). After the time passed, I called again. They said they would drive the check to me that day or the next day (third like). No check. No rational reason why they would not mail me a check. My husband called and the service guy promised an $80 check within two days (fourth lie). Now I am simply reporting them for the liars they are, everywhere. Wish I had read the reviews here first before I called them.

A1 promised several times to refund part of our money, but have never delivered.

THis company is a scam, They came for five minutes and asked for prepay for parts for 73,00. But now he doesn't return calls. He has multiple phone numbers. so was able to trick him by answering another phone number. HE won't give me my money back. At this point I am complaining to Better bureau and attorney general

He came to my house over two weeks ago. Doesn't return phone calls. Paid him 73. 00 for nothing. I think he is a scam and if I don't hear from him by tomorrow, I will use every resource to complain. Attorney General, Better Business, Internet Reviews, Small claims Court, etc.
